The RoleMidi is hiring a Manager, Clinical Education Programming & Clinician Performance to own and scale post-onboarding Clinical Education across our growing clinical workforce.
This role is responsible for building the continuing education engine that keeps clinicians current, aligned, and performing at a high standard as Midi grows. The core mandate is to improve clinician performance by translating quality and safety signals into targeted education interventions, driving measurable adoption, and ensuring learning translates into meaningful practice change.
This is a highly cross-functional role partnering closely with Clinical Leadership, Quality & Safety, and Operations to ensure education programming is rigorous, scalable, and outcomes-driven.
What You’ll DoClinical Education Program OwnershipOwn the post-onboarding education roadmap and programming calendar (continuing education, upskilling, refreshers, and targeted retraining).
Lead the strategic use of the weekly Clinical Education hour, guiding required learning, clinical content, and cohort-based interventions.
Build scalable programming that supports a distributed clinical workforce.
Partner with Quality & Safety teams to identify learning needs based on audits, quality trends, patient safety signals, and practice variation.
Translate data insights into targeted education plans and measurable adoption strategies.
Reinforce learning initiatives that support consistency and clinical excellence.
Establish a framework for identifying Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure high-quality clinical content.
Define standards for learning objectives, educational rigor, feedback loops, and program evaluation.
Build scalable, auditable processes for content review and approval aligned with compliance and quality standards.
Design cohort-based learning models (role-based, topic-based, and performance-based).
Track cohort outcomes to identify trends, refine interventions, and support continued improvement.
Partner with Clinical Leadership and managers to drive adoption and ensure learning turns into practice change.
Own success metrics for Clinical Education, including adoption, assessment signals, practice consistency, and quality-linked outcomes.
Iterate programming based on performance data and clinician feedback.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and accreditation partners to ensure CEU/CME programming remains compliant and efficient.
Strong ability to translate quality, safety, and performance data into scalable learning interventions that improve clinical practice.
Experience running clinical education or continuing education programs within regulated healthcare environments (telehealth experience preferred).
Demonstrated leadership skills within a healthcare setting.
Comfort managing a calendar-driven education engine with multiple stakeholders, cohorts, and priorities.
Data-driven, outcomes-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Clinical background or equivalent experience in healthcare operations strongly preferred.

The Salary range for this role will depend on experience.Midi pays a competitive base salary, plus equity and benefits.
