Radiant Health is looking for a Manager of Clinical & Addiction Support to provide leadership and Administrative oversight for our Addiction program and front office operations. The manager will help ensure high quality care and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while supporting clinicians and ensuring program excellence.

What you will do:

  • Provides management and oversight for the facility addictions and substance use services, and office operations to include day-to-day client care, assisting with therapists meeting client care goals.
  • Provide staff management: including hiring, development, training, performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation. 
  • Develop and assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the program. 
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members. 
  • Conduct quarterly “rounding” as defined by Radiant Health.  
  • Ensure that clients receive high-quality, evidence-based treatment and support. 
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. 
  • Implement quality assurance measures to monitor and improve service delivery. 
  • Accomplish individual and team goals and objectives established collaboratively with supervisor.
  • Comply with HIPAA guidelines regarding client rights and confidentiality.
  • Performs other duties as assigned which are consistent with the position or other administrative duties.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of mental health disorders including substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment practices.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills and be flexible.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to coach and mentor staff.
  • High level of confidentiality and interpersonal skills including ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn the organizations other computer software.
  • Skilled in collaborative with cross functional teams to resolve problems, develop new process flows, overall improving services offered.
  • Must possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization.
  • Supervise and support Customer Relations Professionals, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Coordinates and/or provides coverage for the front office during absences as needed.
  • Ensure efficient front desk operations, including client check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification.
  • Maintain a client-centered approach, ensuring excellent customer service and a warm, welcoming environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a helping profession or related field.
  • Two or more years’ experience working in behavioral health.
  • Two or more years’ management experience required.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-player outlook. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance programs, including Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a helping profession or related field
  • Two or more years of experience working in behavioral health
  • Two or more years of management experience
  • Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment practices
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
