The manager coordinates and directs the overall functions of the clinic. In this role, you will work with administration, providers, staff and community resources to render professional patient care with efficiency, empathy and friendliness. You will provide leadership and direction concerning the day-to-day operations in the clinic. The manager is responsible for leading a talented team of RNs, LPNs and CMAs.
Schedule
- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
- Monday – Friday | Typically 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $108,305.60 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Salary range: $108,305.60 - $162,448 per year
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider Card
- Strong leadership, organizational skills and human relation skills
- Ability to understand patient medical records, provider orders and communicate to the patient, clinic staff, hospital staff and pharmacies
