Job Description:
We're looking for a Manager, Client Solutions and Planning to join our team. The Manager role is an important player in our team and is the day to day contact for the client teams. You will maintain client satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and creating value for clients using account management and your experience establishing media strategies that drive performance.
You must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the media space (Traditional and Digital media) and available media research and systems. You will lead the daily account needs by assuring focus on key client goals, and communicating appropriate resource needs. Planning for this client is both national and local, so an experience planning for both is important.
In this position, you will report to our Director, Client Solutions and Planning.
Responsibilities:
Be a day-to-day partner for client teams, ensuring media strategy is aligned across all channels
Coordinate with multi-channel teams and leads to create strategic and thoughtful integrated media plans across a myriad of channels (TV, CTV, Video, Social, Programmatic and Audio) on both a local and national scale
Manage internal communications, timelines, and documentation (including notetaking during calls and recaps)
Pull competitive and market intelligence, summarize important insights, and create clear headlines/takeaways
Support client deliverables by developing decks, one-pagers, and reporting in Excel and PowerPoint
Build & maintain trusting, collaborative relationships with clients at appropriate levels
Coordinate with creative agencies on creative assets and accounts needs
Accurately represent the client's point of view when developing/reviewing work, leverage this perspective when providing feedback to team and presenting to client
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years experience on large, cross-functional media teams (SEM, Social, Programmatic, TV, Ad Ops, etc.)
Experience with full funnel media campaigns
Experience with performance reporting and synthesizing large amounts of data
Experience analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insights
Familiar with Prisma, Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Web Analytics, Ad Servers, and Media Research tools

Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $62,100 - $83,375/ year. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
