Job Title: Manager - Client Reporting

Job Purpose:
To act as a subject matter expert in client reporting, responsible for delivering complex, high-quality reporting solutions and driving continuous improvement. This role builds foundational capabilities, enhances reporting accuracy, and contributes to future-state reporting models through automation, data governance, and mentoring. The role also supports strategic initiatives that improve client experience and reporting scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end client reporting for strategic accounts, ensuring timely, accurate delivery through data validation, system integration, and close coordination with service teams.
Design and deliver customized reporting solutions aligned with client mandates and regulatory standards.
Build scalable reporting processes and contribute to automation and analytics initiatives.
Act as a reporting SME for high-value clients and internal stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and improve reporting workflows.
Support the implementation of new tools and reporting enhancements.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Contribute to strategic projects that enhance reporting capabilities and client experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
Deep understanding of investment products and portfolio structures across asset classes.
Ability to translate data into client-relevant insights and reporting solutions.
Proficiency in portfolio/accounting systems and market data platforms (e.g., Aladdin, BB, FactSet, Eagle).
Experience with automation tools, dashboarding (Power BI, Tableau), and scripting (VBA, Python).
Strong skills in data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance.

Experience & Qualifications
4–7 years of experience in client reporting, investment operations, or financial services, preferably within asset management or investment banking.
Demonstrated success in managing complex reporting deliverables and contributing to strategic initiatives such as automation, system upgrades, or reporting transformation.
Experience in mentoring or coaching team members and building reporting capabilities.
Exposure to global client servicing, including institutional clients with customized reporting needs.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
Professional certifications such as IOC, CFA Level I/II, or equivalent are advantageous.
