Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Monitoring and taking care of the monthly budget for Operations team and sending for approval to higher management
- Monitoring Inventory for Pune Ops team
- Keeping a track of Operation team Headcount
- Scheduling interviews for Operations team need to coordinate with all consultancy’s, management, and HR team
- Coordinating with Admin team for day-to-day work for Eg desk movement, team roster etc.
- Conducting R&R for Operations Team
- Conducting charity events
- Coordinating for employees/visitor’s official travel and taking care of visitor’s calendar when they are in Pune
- Coordinating with HR for having training/session for Operations team
- Assisting Head of Middle Office & Head of Pune Operations in daily work and setting up meeting invites and booking rooms
- Assist other teams, as required, to meet organizational objectives and enhance overall business operations
Requirements
- Graduate with 5 – 8 years of work experience as Associate, Business Management / Business Manager / Executive Assistant
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are a must-have.
- Good understanding of constitutional documents and corporate structures is required
- Working knowledge of Billing processes & Accounts Payable is essential
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations
- Attention to detail and process oriented
- Investigative skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Good prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Self-motivated, desire to be challenged and eager to learn
