Position Summary
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, third‑party auditors, and internal teams.
- Manage all phases of audits from kickoff through completion.
- Review and respond to auditor questions, including those related to pharmacy rebates.
- Investigate issues, resolve discrepancies, and communicate outcomes.
- Track audit progress, deliverables, and timelines.
- Identify process improvements and control gaps, and escalate concerns to senior leaders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and correspondence.
- Support internal partners and keep client disruptions to a minimum.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience or working knowledge of pharmacy rebates, PBM operations, and client documentation (e.g., CRD, CPM, formulary setup).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized, think critically, and work effectively under pressure.
- Comfort working in a fast‑changing environment with tight turnaround times.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and auditors.
- Minimum 5+ years of total work experience.
- 3+ years in project management, PBM, pharmacy, or audit.
- Experience with RxClaim.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Ability to explain technical information to non‑technical clients.
- Self-starter who can independently manage multiple projects.
- Process‑improvement mindset and desire for continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
