Job Description
What's on your menu?
- Take complete ownership of city-level logistics and fleet management (i.e - hiring, maintaining excellent relationships with riders, monthly rider engagement, managing rider coordination)
- Optimise the city's business performance by achieving the necessary order targets.
- Work towards a happy and motivated business environment by building a cohesive and transparent work culture.
- Take care of overall marketing of the city (vendor branding, OOH, online marketing)
- Fulfil monthly customer acquisition targets with extensive customer acquisition strategies.
- Work together with the head office in Yangon, weekly city reports, monthly city-level presentations and regular online calls.
- Put together City Level P&L every month.
- Measure performance and growth using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Establish, maintain and manage good relationships with customers, vendors and riders across the board.
What do you bring to the table?
- Proven experience in city-level operations, fleet management, and logistics coordination.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to optimise performance through data-driven decisions.
- A passion for building an engaged and motivated team culture.
- Marketing expertise with a track record of successful customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the head office and local teams.
- The ability to manage finances and deliver accurate P&L reports for city-level performance.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.
- The capability to build lasting relationships with all stakeholders, from riders to customers and vendors.
