Job Description: Manager Care Operations - Revenue Generation
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Operations of Revenue Generation to oversee our telecommunications teams, comprising both internal and external workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven track record in supporting leaders to generate revenue and drive service-to-sales initiatives within a Care organization. This role involves managing and supporting all end-to-end sales initiatives in contact center operations for B2C, B2B, and voice and chat telecommunication teams.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance service-to-sales culture.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance standards to ensure the highest level of service to sales delivery.
  • Analyze, prepare, and present regular reports on team performance, operational metrics, and sales outcomes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets. Analyze trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Deploy and sustain sales enablement programs to equip the Care team with the necessary sales tools, resources, and training. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of product offerings.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Forecast sales and allocate resources accordingly to meet financial objectives.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all sales interactions and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.


Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the telecommunications industry, with a strong sales background.
  • 5 years of people leadership experience
  • Tireless desire to expand knowledge base and skill set
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, with a focus on driving service-to-sales initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Excellent communication, relationship and team building skills
  • Analytical skills with ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data
  • Excel experience and PowerPoint/presentation experience
  • Tableau or related Business Intelligence Tool experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to seek opportunities to develop and execute plans that drive improvement and efficiency

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in [Enter State Manually] is $102,816.00 - $168,912.00 / year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter.
