- This role will be responsible in the development and growth of the issuing payments products. Particularly on credit cards under the segment of mass.
- Credit Cards acquisition - Conceptualize and launch high-impact acquisition campaigns to drive New-To-Card credit card growth. Monitor and optimize revenue drivers, manage cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and implement strategies to ensure sustainable portfolio profitability across mass segments.
- Design and execute end-to-end acquisition flows across all bankwide sales channels (Online, Branch, Direct Sales, Cross-sell and Telemarketing). Focus on seamless, digital-first onboarding experiences that align with modern consumer behavior.
- Develop and manage data-driven retention programs to minimize attrition. Analyze cardholder behavior to proactively offer value-added services that enhance customer "stickiness."
- Lead the development and maintenance of all product documentation (PDS, T&Cs, Internal SOP/Policies). Ensure absolute alignment with internal risk standards and BNM guidelines to facilitate smooth product launches/initiatives and audits.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment to champion digital enhancements. Work closely with IT and Digital teams to transition legacy processes into frictionless mobile/web experiences.
