The Manager, CAR-T Commercial Operations & Analytics is accountable for the continued implementation of customer experience enhancements to improve the CARVYKTI® end-to-end order fulfillment platforms. This position will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to document the business case for system and process improvements, design the roadmap strategy for AI implementation within our order fulfillment platforms, and collect continuous voice of customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Acts as the strategic and operational business product owner of CARVYKTI® order management platforms
Through VOC, data & analytics, and Market Research, identify new opportunities for processes and/or technical enhancements the team can deliver to facilitate a superior customer experience
Responsible for the strategic roadmap for order management platforms, inclusive of AI enablement opportunities
Responsible for ingestion of and requirements gathering for system enhancements from internal and external users
Deliver business case and value realization by ensuring enhancements are prioritized for scale, efficiency and customer experience
Measure & communicate effectiveness of process & technology improvements implemented through appropriate governance forums
Partner with training lead to ensure value of internal and external technology improvements is included within the training materials
Partner with the marketing team to bring customer facing and/or training materials through the appropriate review and approval channels (i.e. CAC, iMPROVE, etc.)
Partner with external agencies and key internal groups within the organization (Market Research, Supply Chain, J&J IT, Order Specialists)
Recommend and track metrics & KPIs to measure value of implemented enhancements that tie to improving the customer experience.
Ensure data connectivity with CARVYKTI® teams to ensure consistency / accuracy
Analyze real time system data usage to confirm value realization of enhancements

Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is helpful.
A minimum of 5 years of business experience in healthcare is required, with 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
Capable of leading and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
Able to partner and influence across functions and organizations to drive business results
Prior experience managing a technology product is required
Prior experience working within agile development framework is required
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and experience addressing senior management
This position is based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 10% travel
Prior healthcare marketing and/or customer-facing experience is preferred
Prior experience working with/within Salesforce applications is preferred
Prior experience working with JIRA is preferred
This role reports to the Senior Manager, CAR-T Commercial Operations & Analytics.
