Job Description

As a Business Transformation Manager, you will lead strategic transformation projects, providing trusted advisory and operational excellence for top-tier clients. You will guide clients through complex change initiatives, leveraging innovative thinking, strategy, and practical solutions to reimagine and optimise their businesses.

You will join our collaborative Perth-based team, drawing upon the expertise of a global network of specialists. Together, you’ll solve complex business challenges across multiple sectors, including Resources, Transport, Health, Finance, Government, Utilities, and Not-for-Profits.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Strategic Execution

  • Lead transformative initiatives, including organisational design, business process improvement, strategic planning, and operational optimisation.
  • Partner closely with clients to develop and deliver tailored change strategies, driving effective and sustainable transformations.
  • Facilitate strategy workshops, stakeholder engagements, and decision-making sessions to ensure alignment and buy-in at all organisational levels.
  • Apply structured change management methodologies to support successful implementation and adoption.

Business Development & Thought Leadership

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities, contributing to proposals, RFPs, and impactful client presentations.
  • Develop strong, trusted client relationships to position Sia as a preferred transformation partner.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging trends and innovative approaches within business transformation, contributing actively to Sia’s intellectual capital.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Manage project teams, providing mentorship and leadership to junior consultants and analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team environment.
  • Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, and strategic alignment with client goals.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Transformation, Change Management, or Strategy Consulting (Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms preferred).
  • Proven track record managing complex change initiatives and delivering measurable client outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in change management methodologies, organisational design, business improvement, and strategy development.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at senior levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working in dynamic environments and driving innovation.
