The Manager, Business Transformation plays a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery and long-term sustainment of key strategic initiatives across the organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Transformation, this role partners closely with cross-functional business leaders to deliver enterprise-wide transformation efforts that enhance performance, improve processes, and support growth.
This role demands a strategic thinker with strong executional capabilities, proven project leadership, and a deep understanding of business transformation principles. The ideal candidate is collaborative, solutions-focused, and passionate about enabling meaningful, sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and governance of business transformation initiatives in collaboration with internal business partners.
- Manage projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery.
- Analyze existing processes and design improved workflows, practices, and supporting tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Challenge the status quo respectfully and identify innovative approaches to drive value.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new operating models that align with strategic goals.
- Design and lead change management strategies and activities that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure sustained change.
- Champion data and process governance by establishing best practices, monitoring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the transformation journey.
- Prepare and deliver clear and compelling communication and reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams.

- Operating Model Design & Implementation: Ability to design, plan, and implement future-state operating models.
- Change Management and Adoption: Expertise in driving stakeholder engagement and adoption of change.
- Data and Process Governance: Knowledge of data stewardship, quality controls, and process accountability frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business transformation, management consulting, project management, or a related field.
- Proven success in leading and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks).
- Experience with process improvement methodologies is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an asset.
The compensation available for the role considers a variety of factors including, but not limited to, work location, individual skill set, previous/applicable experience, and other business needs. The estimated base salary range is $120k - $165k.
The above salary range represents Ventas’ good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base salary range at the time of posting and is one part of the compensation and total rewards Ventas provides to employees.
