Position SummaryThe Senior Manager, Business Systems (CX/CS) is responsible for the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of the technology platforms that power Alteryx's digital customer experience. This leader partners closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and IT to deliver scalable solutions that improve customer engagement, accelerate self-service, reduce support effort, and increase product adoption.
The role leads a team of Product Owners, Business Systems Analysts, and technical partners responsible for delivering customer-facing and internal applications that support the complete post-sales customer journey.
Success in this role requires balancing business strategy, product management, architecture, operational excellence, and AI-driven innovation while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, measurable, and aligned with Alteryx's customer-first vision.

Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in the United States is $118,000 - $152,000.
Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, such as a bonus or commission, medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
