Job Description

Job title: Manager, Business Systems

Work address: Tokyo Electron U.S. Holdings Inc., 401 S. 1st St., Suite 900, Austin, TX  78704

Duties: Analysis: Provide systems analysis and support to business stakeholders using CRM solutions or willing to use it. Coordinate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and to translate them into multiple feasible recommendations or specifications. Create technical documents for proposed solution and issue resolution to take enough hands-off to development partners. Review design documents generated by the development partners. Supervise application administration duties performed by partners and provide suggestions or technologies to be improved. Troubleshoot and resolve outstanding issues from CRM systems. Ensure that business requirements are met through design, quality assurance and implementation.  Build reports for our process improvement and work with Business team to build reports for the business operation visibilities.

Design/Development/Implementation: Design and document technical recommendations and solution proposals to address business needs and provide value-driven solutions. Work with software engineers to ensure that functional requirements can be met technically, and to ensure that project deliverables are met within specified timelines. Develop software programs, scripts and automations using low-code development platforms (MS Power Apps, MS PowerAutomate). Plan and manage approved software implementation support activities (Development, installations, upgrades, enhancements, etc.) for the assigned projects.Coordinate with external resources, i.e. (Hosted) application service providers, consultants, offshore developers and partners in Asia and Europe. Work with internal product management team and development team to build technical roadmaps that align with business capability roadmaps and strategic initiatives. Ensure that business requirements are met through design, quality assurance and implementation.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems or related field. 12 years of experience in IT or related occupation.

Skills Required: Experience with project management; experience with Distrusted Systems and Software; experience with SQL, TSQL and other query languages; experience with CRM Automation (Ex. SalesForce, MSFT Dynamics); experience with low-code development such as PowerPlatform; experience managing large scale automation jobs to ingest and update data with ERP and Other Satellite systems; experience with Administration, Config and designing Sales and Service engineer Workflows; experience being a Product Owner developing roadmaps, prioritization, driving multiple strategic initiatives; experience Architecting, Developing and Maintaining Infrastructure for global applications; understanding on Integrations between ERP and other Satellite systems such as, File based, API based, PI/PO.; understanding of Cloud Technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP; experience developing Web Applications.
