About the Role:We are looking for an experienced manager who will lead and develop members of the Business Operations team to deliver on key operational initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Operations, you will help drive strategy, including determining and uncovering opportunities for improvement, and then develop effective and scalable operational processes to ensure a world-class experience for both patients & providers. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional.
You Will:Operational Strategy & ExecutionOwn daily operational performance across multiple health verticals, ensuring KPIs are consistently met.
Partner with Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, and Care Operations to eliminate bottlenecks, streamline processes, and elevate the patient and provider experiences.
Drive projects from problem definition to execution—developing hypotheses, analyzing data, and implementing scalable solutions.
Turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that explain performance trends.
Perform deep-dive analyses on operational, funnel, and clinical data to uncover drivers of conversion, retention, and efficiency.
Build and maintain Looker dashboards, using SQL and Excel for modeling and forecasting.
Identify cross-category trends and opportunities, and advocate to cross-functional partners to drive change with enterprise-level impact.
Serve as a strategic thought partner in shaping initiatives that improve patient and provider experiences and operational scalability.
Design and measure experiments that advance automation, reduce friction, and deliver measurable business results.
Lead and develop a team of 2–3 Operations Analysts through feedback and mentorship.
Ensure analytical deliverables are accurate, rigorous, and tied to business impact.
Encourage strategic thinking, helping analysts connect insights to business decisions and KPIs.
6+ years of experience in strategy and/or consulting roles, preferably at high-growth direct-to-consumer companies
3+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing high performing cross-functional teams
Skilled at distilling large datasets into structured, story-driven presentations that translate insights into action.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Proactive and flexible mindset with the ability to identify and address challenges independently and quickly.
Ability to drive projects forward in an environment that could lean ambiguous.
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
