You’ll be responsible for enhancing end-to-end business operations by improving and integrating critical systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, and Zuora, ensuring seamless execution from quote creation through revenue recognition.

  • Monitor and report on key Q2C metrics, providing insights that guide strategic decisions and support performance improvement.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and operational enhancements that drive efficiency and reduce friction in the customer lifecycle.
  • Serve as project manager for system upgrades, tool implementations, and cross-functional Q2C initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with revenue recognition and billing policies by aligning systems and processes with accounting standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles with a clear focus on Q2C or billing operations.
  • 3+ years of experience managing people or leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and Zuora (or equivalent subscription billing systems).
  • Deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including quoting, contracting, billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
  • Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking skills; experience leveraging Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to deliver actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and effectively communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in improving business processes and deploying system-based solutions that support scale and efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications:
