Position Overview:
The Manager, Business Intelligence Reporting supports the execution of enterprise reporting solutions, focusing on the delivery of high-impact dashboards and analytics. This role assists in migrating and standardizing legacy reports, ensures adherence to BI standards, and collaborates with business and technical teams to meet stakeholder needs. Reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence Reporting, the Manager contributes to a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake.
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative reporting delivery.
• Knowledge of data governance, data modeling, and metadata management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise data catalog tools and AI-driven reporting preferred.
• Experience with SQL, dbt, or Python to enhance BI workflows is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the migration, standardization, and onboarding of legacy reports to MiNT.
• Support the development and execution of BI reporting strategies and platform adoption.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver iterative reporting solutions.
• Ensure reporting assets are consistent, governed, and published for centralized access.
• Integrate AI-driven features such as predictive insights and smart alerts into dashboards.
• Participate in agile BI delivery, including prototyping and user feedback sessions.
• Contribute to collaborative design sessions and interactive feedback loops.
• Maintain standardized visualization frameworks and dashboard templates.
• Monitor KPIs for platform adoption, delivery speed, and reporting quality.
• Support and coordinate with offshore report developers to ensure quality and performance.
