- Build and own a 90-day growth plan for each business you manage, grounded in its P&L drivers and unit economics.
- Turn data into a small set of prioritised growth bets, not a long list of ideas.
- Identify opportunities across acquisition, conversion, AOV, retention, and monetisation.
- Review business performance weekly and correct course inside the week, not at the next business review.
- Catch problems early — slowing growth, weak conversion, rising acquisition costs, margin pressure, or execution bottlenecks — before they show up as a missed number.
- Track outcomes and business impact, not just activity.
- Drive execution across relevant internal teams; owning the plan means owning the follow-through.
- Work directly with founders and senior business stakeholders — you're accountable to them for outcomes, not activity.
- Prepare business reviews that answer three things: what happened, why it happened, what happens next.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar) to analyse data, generate and pressure-test hypotheses, automate repetitive analysis, and run market research faster than you could by hand.
- Continuously identify opportunities to use AI and automation to work faster and create greater leverage.
- 3–5 years of experience in growth, category management, strategy, consulting, business operations, marketplaces, consumer businesses, startups, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- Strong commercial judgment; you understand how businesses make money and are comfortable working with P&Ls and unit economics.
- Can interpret data and turn insights into actionable growth plans.
- Can confidently work with founders and senior stakeholders.
- High ownership, comfortable solving ambiguous problems, and can manage multiple priorities without losing context.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Highly proficient with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows, and naturally look for ways to automate repetitive work.
- Experience with consulting, marketplaces, consumer internet, e-commerce, performance marketing, analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, GA4, CRM, or CRO would be a strong plus.
