Description and Requirements
Manager, Business Growth & Retention
The Role
Upwise is a new Benefits Engagement Platform that provides a decision support capability to assist employees in choosing their benefits AND a benefits engagement capability to provide education, guidance, and reminders about benefits usage throughout the year. The goal of Upwise is to engage employees in their employer benefits by helping them to choose the right benefits and by helping them make the most of their benefits throughout the year. Benefits Engagement is a critical lever in overall employee engagement; yet 53% of employees report they are confused about their employer benefit options. Upwise is a revolutionary digital solution that addresses the issue of benefits literacy for employees and the issue of employee engagement for employers. It will enhance MetLife's overall value proposition to employers and create stickier relationships with them.
