We are looking for a Manager of Business Development to manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDR’s) 

 

You will be responsible for training, coaching and mentoring a team of BDR's that will execute fast paced Outbound sales motions for a high-volume of accounts.  

 

You will be responsible for the daily execution of tasks and assignments of the BDR Team and will be accountable for their professional performance, development and growth. You will partner with Digital Sales Managers, the EMEA RVP of Digital Sales, and EMEA Sales leadership to ensure the best end results as well as collaboration with internal and external customers. 

 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Build a culture of collaboration, learning and high performance to create an industry leading Digital Sales organization 

  • Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and collaboration. 

  • Manage a team of direct reports providing motivation, inspiration, real-time coaching/ training and mentorship 

  • Hold regular call coaching sessions, meeting & opportunity reviews, one on ones, and team meetings with the BDR team 

  • Lead team performance against quotas, executes operating plans and ensures sales objectives are met 

  • Support EMEA RVP in implementing strategic initiatives and promoting a high energy, high activity environment 

  • Facilitate solution and product, business knowledge and training among team members 

  • Drive the team's efforts to identify, qualify, and deliver high-quality meetings to the sales teams 

  • Identify target markets, ideal customer profiles, and creative approaches to generate qualified meetings 

  • Collaborate with the Global Business Development organization to help build efficiencies within the CRM and sales process 

  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies where needed 

  • Collaborate with sales teams to creatively reach more potential customers through execution of campaigns  

  • Ensure all team processes and procedures are documented, executed and the appropriate individual(s) trained and cross-trained as necessary 

  • Create and share regular reports and dashboards that track team performance, conversion rates, pipeline growth, and other key metrics 

  • Provide consistent feedback from outbound efforts to improve targeting and messaging 

 

 

Who You Are 

  • High level of drive, self-motivation, and accountability in reaching team and organizational goals 

  • Exhibit qualities of overachievement, self-motivation, good teamwork, and positive attitude 

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast paced environment 

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 

  • Ability to analyze situations and problem solve at strategic and functional level 

  • Proven leadership, mentorship & communication skills 

  • Interested in working hard, having fun and creating a unique workplace 

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience managing staff on a Digital Sales team 

  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience 

  • Experience in using a CRM system such as Salesforce.com
