Position Summary
Leads team to develop enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional solutions to address business problems, resulting in initiatives that significantly impact organizational strategy, enabling the organization to be competitive in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers. Collaborates across the organization to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives to include profitable growth and improved organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications

  • Coordinates managing day-to-day complex business consultation services to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Assists with the development of processes and assignments for researching, collecting, analyzing, compiling data and information for the business consulting department reports.
  • Audits files, reports, and financial records, and manages department record retention.
  • Defines a high degree of customer service by fielding internal and external inquiries, finding resolutions, or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Communicates internally and externally with clients and senior management regarding the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborates with the internal and external department point of contact ensuring concise communication with employees, stakeholders, and members of the senior management.
  • Advises managers regarding current business trends and best practices preparing analysis for senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Coordinates performance appraisals within the business consulting department ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Administers strategic review processes ensuring continuous improvement, compliance, and high-performance standards are upheld.
  • Designs, develops interventions and facilitates work sessions.
  • Develops and delivers all required analysis, reporting and presentation materials.
  • Gathers, analyzes and synthesizes business intelligence to drive achievement of strategic business objectives.
  • Builds and utilizes diverse internal and external networks, as appropriate, for data gathering and best practice identification.
  • Leverages internal and external networking to drive optimal initiative results and knowledge/best practice transfer.

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

  • 5-7 years work experience in a health insurance setting.
  • Results driven mindset with strong execution skills. Track record of consistently driving measurable results and achieving key performance indicators by proactively identifying opportunities, removing roadblocks, and maintaining a high level of accountability and focus on outcomes in fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with positive collaboration across teams including
  • Strong verbal and written communication to ensure alignment across the SCOE through a regular cadence.
  • Adept at business intelligence
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
  • Ability to ensure timely resolution of issues through strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly analyze issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and implement effective solutions to resolve blockers and ensure projects and initiatives stay on schedule and meet deadlines.

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience working with Medicare Supplement or ancillary products
    • Motivated self-starter
    • Previous Aetna Senior Supplemental Insurance experience a plus

    Education

    • Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $60,300.00 - $132,600.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
