Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Identify client needs and propose tailored consulting solutions.
Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions to align stakeholders on project goals.

Project Leadership
Lead end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, taking corrective actions when necessary.
Strategic Analysis and Problem Solving
Conduct in-depth analysis of client businesses, including market research, financial modeling, and operational assessments.
Identify opportunities for improvement, growth, or innovation.
Develop actionable recommendations and implementation plans.

Team Management
Supervise and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and career development support.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Allocate resources effectively across projects to maximize efficiency and impact.
Thought Leadership and Business Development
Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership by developing insights, white papers, or industry reports.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including proposal development and client pitches.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications

Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience
5–8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or related roles.
Proven track record of leading consulting projects and managing client relationships.
Industry-specific experience (e.g., technology, healthcare, financial services) is a plus.

Analytical Expertise: Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and financial modeling.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; skilled in delivering presentations.

Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and industry best practices.

Technical Proficiency
Familiarity with business tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or CRM systems).
Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, cloud computing) is advantageous.
