Go-To-Market Capabilities (GTMC) Hub is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in Hyderabad, India and is set up to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions​. GTMC strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations​ in Sanofi globally.

Within our Insights & Analytics organization we are transforming to better power decision-making across our end-to-end commercialization process, from business development to late lifecycle management.

Deliverables support planning and decision making across multiple functional areas such as finance, manufacturing, product development and commercial. In addition to ensuring high-quality deliverables, our team drives synergies across the franchise, fosters innovation and best practices, and creates solutions to bring speed, scale and shareability to our planning processes.

We are looking for a Manager to support our Omnichannel analytics team. Robust analytics is a priority for our businesses, as the product potential has major implications to a wide range of disciplines. It is essential to have someone who understands and aspires to implement innovative analytics techniques to drive our insights generation across GBUs.

Self Performance

  • Project management & execution, ensuring quality and timelines

  • Insight generation and storyboarding

Processes

  • Contribute to overall quality enhancement by ensuring high standards for the outputs produced by the team

  • Secure adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable standards

  • Use latest tools/technologies/methodologies and partner with internal teams to continuously improve data quality and availability by building business processes that support global standardization

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Work collaboratively with the stakeholder teams to prioritize work and ensure timely delivery of requests

  • Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders within the allocated GBU and tasks, with an end objective to develop analyses as per requirements

Technical skills

  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools and programming, including SQL, Snowflake, advanced Excel (VBA), and Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), with the ability to write efficient and scalable code.

  • Proficiency in statistics, mathematics, and machine learning concepts, including hypothesis testing, regression, time series, probability, linear algebra, optimization, and techniques such as clustering, classification, and model tuning.

  • Strong experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or media measurement, with a solid foundation in core analytical principles and a track record of driving business impact.

  • Extensive expertise in omnichannel marketing, with a strong focus on cross-channel optimization, media metrics, channel performance, Consumer KPIs, and overall campaign effectiveness.

  • Advanced knowledge of analytical and measurement methodologies, including segmentation modelling, attribution modelling (MTA), marketing mix modelling (MMM), causal inference, propensity scoring, test & learn frameworks, incrementality strategies, frequency capping, and sequencing strategies.

  • Hands-on experience with DSPs, DMPs, and CDPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Salesforce CDP, Adobe Audience Manager)

  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to break down complex problems and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies

  • Experience in project and stakeholder management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and influence decision-making

  • Proven experience in audience strategy, including segmentation, audience building, and activation across digital channels

  • Experience with pharmaceutical and omnichannel datasets (e.g. Digital engagement, Media and campaign engagement, IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva, Salesforce)

  • Proven ability to leverage advanced analytics to drive business outcomes, translating complex models into strategic insights that influence decision-making

  • A curious, learning-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across diverse teams

  • Proven ability to work effectively across all levels of stakeholders and diverse functions

  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical development, sales and marketing functions and Omnichannel Strategy

Good-to-have skills

  • Exposure to AI/ML techniques or Large Language Models (LLMs)

  • Experience with data clean rooms and exposure to DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) ecosystems preferred

  • Hands-on experience with LiveRamp is a plus

  • Understanding of data pipelines, data warehousing, and data lakes.

  • Prior team management experience

Experience

6+ years of relevant work experience with solid understanding of principles, standards, and best practices of Pharma Commercial Analytics, including Business Analytics and Omnichannel & Advanced Analytics

 

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in areas such as Information Science/Operations/Management/Statistics/Decision Sciences/Engineering/Life Sciences/ Business Analytics or related field
