What you'll do
The Manager of Brand Strategy & Campaigns is a senior marketing leader responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the Mark’s brand. This role serves as the architect of brand positioning and long-term strategy, ensuring that every consumer touchpoint—from national campaigns to in-store experiences—reflects the brand’s purpose and resonates with Canadians. The manager leads the development and execution of full-funnel campaigns, oversees the omni-channel seasonal briefing process, and drives social impact initiatives that reinforce the brand’s commitment to community. As a key collaborator across merchandising, creative, digital, and retail teams, this role ensures brand consistency and strategic alignment. The manager also owns agency relationships and brand performance reporting, using insights to continuously evolve marketing efforts and drive business growth.
Define and evolve brand positioning and long-term strategy in alignment with company goals.
Lead the omni-channel seasonal briefing process, ensuring briefs are strategically sound and creatively inspiring.
Oversee development and execution of upper and middle funnel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Manage strategic brand partnerships and social impact initiatives, including the “Forge Our Future” platform.
Act as the primary liaison with creative and media agencies, ensuring alignment and excellence in execution.
Lead brand performance analysis and reporting, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Champion brand stewardship across internal teams, ensuring consistency and resonance in all brand expressions.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and strategic thinking.
What you bring
7+ years in brand strategy, marketing, or campaign leadership roles.
Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
Strong strategic thinking and storytelling capabilities.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with experience in brand performance reporting.
Knowledge of Canadian retail and consumer behavior is an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
