The Manager, Brand Social will oversee FIGS' organic social media strategy, manage the social media calendar, and collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing objectives.

FIGS is hiring a Manager, Brand Social to manage and grow our organic social media presence! This person will be connected to Social Media culture and contribute to building our incredible community on organic social. This individual will report into our Director, Brand. 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the FIGS social media lifecycle, through conception to execution
  • Drive the FIGS social media calendar across channels, including Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and Youtube
  • Ideate and pitch new content formats and styles in order to continually evolve the FIGS brand visually, while still staying true to our community and core values
  • Work closely cross functionally with Creative, Growth, Ambassador, Legal and Production teams to ensure that marketing objectives are met
  • Identify unique and relevant marketing opportunities, including trends to take advantage of, and be able to act upon those opportunities quickly
  • Managing one to two direct reports on the FIGS Social Team 

About you:

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing and Social Media, with at least 2-3 years experience managing social for a large brand account
  • Strong understanding of social media, social media management tools, as well as a proficiency in the newest features and formats popular on Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube
  • A great sense of humor and wit and the ability to translate that into relatable content. 
  • Experience working in Asana (or similar project management software) to manage calendars and projects
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to translate the FIGS voice into TikTok-popular formats

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

  • At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $95,000 and $110,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.

  • Equity: All FIGS employees have the opportunity to own shares of FIGS stock through our new-hire equity program. Additionally, FIGS provides a discount when purchasing FIGS stock voluntarily through our FIGS Employee Stock Purchase Plan
