Job Description:
- Perform data analytics to contribute to the development and optimization of the sales targeting/operations/analytics tool.
- Use SQL to manage, manipulate, and analyze pharmacy and healthcare data efficiently.
- Use any one of the programming languages: Python, R, or Java to develop, test, and deploy data-driven solutions.
- Use Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Design and build interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights.
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts and scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, economics, information technology, or a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or working on healthcare datasets using SQL.
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000
Travel: The position requires travel to client sites nationwide two to five times per year for two to five days.
Hours: 40/week, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Location: 8 Cabot Road, Suite 2000 Woburn, MA 01801 with a hybrid schedule allowing for remote work so long as within 50 miles of the worksite.
