What You'll Be Doing:

Brand Campaigns, Programs & Storytelling Activation

  • Lead execution of integrated brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives, solving complex narrative and delivery challenges from brief through launch.

  • Translate brand strategy into cohesive stories expressed across paid, owned, and earned channels, including digital, social, video, events, and print.

  • Partner with regions, business units and corporate teams to embed brand storytelling into priority campaigns, programs, facilities, and customer touchpoints.

  • Deliver post‑program reporting and capture storytelling and campaign learnings to improve future brand performance.

Brand Governance & Stewardship

  • Provide day-to-day governance and guidance to ensure consistent global brand storytelling, messaging, and identity across regions, business units, and channels, aligned to Arrow’s brand vision and strategy.

  • Serve as a trusted brand advisor, helping teams translate strategy into clear, compelling narratives that reinforce Arrow’s purpose, position, and value proposition.

  • Proactively identify and resolve brand and storytelling risks, inconsistencies, or gaps in execution.

Brand Guidelines, Systems & Enablement

  • Maintain and evolve global brand and storytelling guidelines, coordinating updates and supporting development of additional standards as needed.

  • Champion disciplined adoption of brand voice, narrative frameworks, and visual systems across internal and external communications.

  • Support management of brand systems and resources, including digital asset management, ensuring brand and story assets are accessible, current, and consistently applied.

Content & Creative Leadership

  • Oversee development of brand content and storytelling deliverables from concept to distribution, owning timelines, workflows, and approvals.

  • Apply strong editorial judgment and creative rigor to ensure clarity, quality, and consistency of Arrow’s brand story.

  • Lead content reviews and guide stakeholders to ensure brand standards, narrative integrity, and executional excellence.

Agency & Partner Management

  • Onboard, manage, and direct agencies and third‑party creative partners, setting clear storytelling objectives, scopes of work, and delivery expectations.

  • Serve as day‑to‑day agency contact; manage review cycles, contracts, and invoicing to keep creative programs on track and on brand.

Brand Education & Internal Engagement

  • In collaboration with training and internal communications teams, support brand and storytelling education efforts that build confidence and capability across regions.

  • Act as a brand and storytelling ambassador, enabling teams to apply unified messaging and assets in support of business priorities.

Financial & Project Management

  • Own project plans, schedules, and budgets across concurrent brand and storytelling initiatives; anticipate risks and course‑correct as needed.

  • Manage POs, invoices, and vendor payments; maintain budget trackers and provide clear financial and delivery reporting.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-channel brand campaigns.

  • Strong narrative writing skills

  • Strong project management skills with experience owning timelines, budgets, and cross-functional workstreams.

  • Solid understanding of financial forecasting, purchase order management, and period-end reconciliation processes.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a history of keeping projects and budgets on track across multiple stakeholders.

  • Skilled with Microsoft 365; Oracle familiarity is a plus.

  • Demonstrated resilience, accountability, and flexibility.

  • Experience managing agency and vendor relationships, with a focus on accountability, delivery, and financial compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency experience

  • Journalism experience is helpful, but this is not a reporting job.

  • Project management certification.

  • Experience creating/managing purpose-driven, CSR, or social impact content.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$121,300.00 - $198,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
