The Manager, BIM Integration & Innovation is responsible for supporting the integration and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes within facility operations, ensuring alignment with ongoing development and design efforts. This role serves as a key liaison between the Facilities Operations team and the Development Design BIM Manager, ensuring that BIM data is effectively transitioned from design and construction to operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.

• Collaborate with the Development Design BIM Manager to ensure seamless handover of BIM data from project development to facilities operations
• Manage and optimize BIM models for use in facility management, space planning, and asset tracking
• Support the implementation of BIM for maintenance, renovations, and operational efficiencies
• Work closely with facility managers and maintenance teams to ensure BIM data is accessible and usable for daily operations
• Identify and implement workflows that enhance data integration between BIM models and facilities management systems
• Train and support facilities staff on utilizing BIM tools for operational needs
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving BIM-related issues within the operations environment
• Ensure that as-built models and asset data remain accurate and up to date
• Manage CAD/Revit & CFD workflows
• Willingness to travel as needed to QTS sites for program updates

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on facilities operations or lifecycle management
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM-integrated facilities management tools
• Understanding of asset management, space planning, and maintenance workflows in a BIM environment
• Strong problem-solving and technical support skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work closely with both development design teams and facilities operations staff
• Proven communication skills & leadership attributes
