What you’ll do:
- Oversee Billing Operations: Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for all customers
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the billing team, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and conducting regular evaluations
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to billing workflows, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Customer Management: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, inquiries, and disputes promptly and professionally
- Reporting: Develop and maintain reports on billing performance, outstanding balances
- Compliance: Ensure billing practices comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, and customer success teams to align billing practices with broader company goals
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years' of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role, with at least 2 years' in a management capacity
- Experience in the software or SaaS industry is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of billing systems and processes; familiarity with ERP(Netsuite) and CRM (Salesforce) tools is a plus
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary
$70,000-$100,000/year DOE
Location
This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a few days a week.
