SALARY:  $106,400-$126,350, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Benefits Manager, Health and Welfare plays an important role in supporting Anheuser-Busch’s U.S. benefits programs for employees and their families. This role helps deliver meaningful, well-managed benefit programs while improving the employee experience.
This is a great opportunity for a benefits professional who enjoys solving problems, working with data, partnering across teams, and making complex benefit programs easier for employees to understand and use.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of U.S. health and welfare benefits, including coordination with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and third-party administrators.

  • Support benefit strategy by reviewing enrollment, claims, vendor performance, employee feedback, market trends, and program costs.

  • Create clear, employee-friendly communications that help employees understand and use their benefits.

  • Assist with benefit financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, invoice review, reconciliation, and cost analysis.

  • Maintain compliant plan documentation and support benefit-related audits, filings, controls, and data validation activities.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen program administration, improve self-service, and enhance the overall benefits experience.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, health and welfare plan administration, Total Rewards, HR operations, or vendor management.

  • Experience supporting health and welfare benefit programs, preferably in a large, self-funded, multi-state, multi-vendor, or union environment.

  • Working knowledge of benefits administration, eligibility rules, annual enrollment, employee communications, plan documentation, and core compliance requirements.

  • Ability to analyze benefits data, identify trends, evaluate financial impacts, and explain findings in a clear, practical way.

  • Strong project management, communication, organization, stakeholder partnership, discretion, and confidentiality skills.
