Portfolio Monetization & Share of Wallet
Drive account activity and transaction throughput across liquidity, FX, and cash management solutions to increase the Bank’s share of wallet.
Implement cross-selling strategies to deepen existing corporate relationships and maximize account profitability.
Market Intelligence & Product Strategy
Continuously monitor market trends, interest rate movements, and deposit product offerings to develop competitive acquisition and retention strategies.
Partner with internal Product and Commercial teams, providing timely market feedback and competitor intelligence to inform new product development and enhancement.
Client Relationship Management & Servicing
Deliver high-touch relationship management and dedicated servicing to ensure seamless operational support, prompt resolution of client inquiries, and high customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal credit policies, and Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer (AML/KYC) standards across all client interactions.

Skills Required
- Proven ability to prospect, onboard, and build pipeline of SME and corporate clients
- Experience originating and structuring secured lending solutions
- Knowledge of liquidity, FX and cash management products to drive transaction throughput
- Track record of cross-selling to deepen corporate relationships and increase share of wallet
- Ability to monitor market trends and provide competitor/product feedback
- Strong client relationship management and servicing skills with high customer focus
