We’re looking for a Manager, B2B Marketing Operations to join our London team. In this role, you’ll lead the design and execution of our external partner communications, ensuring we reach the right partners at the right time to drive global growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Commercial Operations team. We are the engine room of Deliveroo’s frontline strategy, providing the tools, data, and frameworks that empower our teams to build market-leading propositions for our restaurant and retail partners.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Lead Communication Strategy: Oversee the B2B marketing calendar, managing the end-to-end planning, QA, and delivery of multi-channel campaigns for our global partner base.

  • Optimise Campaign Performance: Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor in-flight performance, using data-led insights to recommend and execute optimisations.

  • Own the MarTech Stack: Act as the business owner for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and internal tools, collaborating with Product teams to evolve our technical capabilities.

  • Drive Strategic Alignment: Resolve trade-offs between business goals and communication frequency, ensuring internal frontline messaging is perfectly synced with external partner outreach.

  • Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices in campaign design and automation, staying ahead of industry trends to keep Deliveroo’s B2B communications world-class.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential

  • Technical Expertise: Significant experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot, including a strong understanding of Sales Cloud data structures.

  • Strategic Problem Solving: Proven ability to apply structured thinking to complex trade-offs and anticipate risks within a fast-moving commercial environment.

  • Analytical Rigour: Highly numerate with the ability to translate business hurdles into data problems; experience with SQL and BI tools (like Looker or Tableau) is essential.

  • Project Leadership: A track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously across cross-functional global stakeholders.

  • Technical Literacy: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and marketing automation tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a high-growth marketplace or fintech environment.

  • Proven ability to coach and develop junior operations executives.

Skills Required
