Overview
The Europe B2B Marketing team is looking for a Manager, B2B Marketing for Consumer Solutions area within the Europe Core Payments function to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving.
Europe B2B Marketing is responsible for driving demand, adoption, and usage of our solutions. The role includes creating consumer-centric value propositions, developing thought leadership content and customer-centric sales enablement materials (B2B), planning and executing lead generation and external customer engagement initiatives, e.g., through events or social channels, as well as producing consumer messaging toolkits (B2B2C).
Role
In this regional B2B Marketing position responsible for Europe, you will:• Be the resident marketing expert for assigned products like consumer credit, debit, prepaid, account to account payments, and cardholders services in Europe• Leverage market intelligence about market and consumer trends or competitors' products as well as product knowledge of Mastercard products to identify new opportunities• Work closely with the Consumer Solutions product group in Europe to develop launch strategies for new products, as well as narratives, sales materials and tools for all priority products, to be used by the Sales, Account and Marketing teams• Craft and recommend product value propositions that are consumer-led, crisp and competitively positioned. Integrate these propositions with related areas such as Digital Products and emerging innovation domains, including Agentic Payments, to deliver a comprehensive and cohesive value promise.• Recommend and co-identify key product, segmentation, and positioning opportunities by leveraging data and insights - e.g., targeting Premium, Gen Z, Gen Alpha audiences• Collaborate with Global Consumer Solutions B2B Marketing and Europe Communications team to develop or localize thought leadership materials• Develop or localize content and thought leadership materials to position Mastercard and increase awareness and demand of our capabilities• Create a multi-channel strategy and lead external B2B marketing activities, including but not limited to the presence at relevant events and in in the social media, with the objective to drive awareness and perception of Mastercard's Consumer Solutions.• Set KPIs, track and evaluate accomplishment of objectives using metrics defined for measuring marketing effectiveness• Build strong relationships with partners in the product teams and collaborate with Europe Communications, global B2B marketing, local IMC, Sales Excellence, external agencies, legal and other related functions

The ideal candidate for this position should:• Lead with the "outside-in" perspective and understanding of what needs or pain points we are solving with the respective product or solution.• Have experience in developing product and value proposition, and sales narrative for new and existing products.• Have experience executing a product marketing campaign and measuring programs to assess success and recommend changes• Have experience and is successful in leveraging multiple sources of data in identifying insights for a product marketing campaign or promotional initiative and leading a team to execute it.• Have an ability to successfully integrate marketing assets with products.• Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders.• Be skilled at explaining complex products and solutions succinctly and clearly.• Always look for potential solutions to solve problems and drive efficiencies
