To supervise order management and settlements of investment products such as Equities, Bonds, ELI/ELN, UT and Structure Deposit and monitor the completeness of daily operations and functioning of systems. He/she is also required to support various ad-hoc assignments, attend system training, prepare SOP and controls the preparation of weekly/monthly statistics reports to management.
Responsibilities
Supervise and perform daily settlement process of various investment products which include Equities, Bond, Unit Trust, Structured Products, SDS and Foreign Stock in Bank systems.
Monitor the functioning of Bank Systems (e.g. ibroker, T24, IVS, CBS)
Check and approve transactions in Bank Systems
Check and approve payment instructions in Bank Systems
Operate custodian platform for order settlement (e.g. Clearstream, Euroclear)
Handle and monitor Stock and UT monthly investment plan
Handle and monitor IPO stock / bonds subscription and settlement tasks
Handle physical share deposit and withdrawal
Handle Branch enquiries and follow up
Reconciliation monthly statement
Supervise and coach junior / new members of the section
Provide support to the section head and other team managers when required
Attend system training, prepare SOP and assist UAT project
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above
3 years in Banking industry, preferably with knowledge on settlement of investment products.
Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and drive results
Has product knowledge of equities and fixed income.
Good knowledge of PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address

Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- 3 years in banking industry
