We are looking for a highly skilled hands on full-stack manager to join the Workflow-Engine team located in Bethesda Maryland (hybrid). Workflows is the engine that allows our users to automate their process with the rest of the platform. The engine must support a very large scale of streaming events and be generic enough to allow other teams to expand the abilities to their own applications.
What you’ll do:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Leading a team of developers to achieve the group's objectives in both product development and technical innovation.
- Mentoring and guiding team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Technical Expertise:
- Delving into the intricacies of our workflows application and engine.
- Driving the technical design and implementation processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Be able to take on coding assignments hands-on
Project Management:
- Taking ownership of tasks from inception to completion in an independent manner.
- Ensuring timely delivery of projects by managing resources and deadlines effectively.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field is required
- A minimum of 8 years hands on experience in the software development field with 2+ years of experience as a team lead.
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience with Node.js/NestJS
- Knowledge of a frontend framework
- Must have Angular
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with at least one modern DB infrastructure (Mongo, Elastic, SOLR, BigTable, BigQuery, MySQL, etc’)
Advantages:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Dataflow.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
