WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Providing leadership to 8 offshore and onshore architect and development resource services
Providing Vendor Management of ServiceNow
Ensure focus and accountability to achieve departmental results.
Establishing governance and facilitation across the enterprise to plan, roadmap and set ServiceNow enablement priorities.
Planning for upgrades and new solutions.
Connecting the Franciscan Workforce, through digital automation and AI transformation using ServiceNow
Ensure focus and accountability to achieve department results. Partnering with key service areas, like IT Service Management and IT Operations Management (ITSM & ITOM), IT Business Management (IT PMO), HR Services, Security Services, etc. who leverage ServiceNow capabilities.
Provide leadership on customer support strategies and resolves escalated client issues for department.
Plan and manage both human and financial resources within domain.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree - Required
5 years Relevant work experience with degree - Required -OR-
In lieu of degree, 10 years of relevant work experience - Required
2 years previous Management experience - Preferred
Extensive ServiceNow Experience - Highly desired
Offshore Resource Management experience - Highly desired
ServiceNow Certifications like CSA - Highly desired
Agile Scrum Master - Preferred
