Overview
This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA.
Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a Manager, A/P Support to join our Finance and Accounting team! Reporting to the Director of Accounts Payable, this position is responsible for the process review, support, and management of Accounts Payable. You will support and manage A/P processes through a matrix reporting structure. In this position, the goal is to standardize and document processes and procedures in line with policy and internal controls, while finding and exploiting all efficiency opportunities. You will also guide and support the team on account reconciliations, statement reconciliations, etc. You must be available and able to multi-task and handle numerous demands while working with deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assess current A/P processes and procedures looking for efficiency and stability of process
- Align against all internal controls and augment documentation
- Review and approval of monthly /quarterly journal entries
- Support timely and accurate processing of A/P transactions
- Assess and handle ad-hoc reporting requests
- Support team to ensure all departmental accounting deadlines are met, including balance sheet account reconciliations, account balance analytical reviews, and both internal and external audits
- Support SOX compliance, testing, and reporting
- Maintain existing departmental controls as well as ensuring all necessary controls exist; implement new controls where opportunities are identified
- Support and develop A/P staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred but not required
- 5+ years of related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, Access)
- Project management experience
- Experience with and/or knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred
- Experience working on cross functional teams, multitasking and managing time independently with little direction
- Experience managing associates
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieve targeted objectives
- Excellent communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with associates at all levels, including senior executives
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $70000 - $85000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
