Summary
We are searching for a dynamic and forward‑thinking Manager, Ancillary Products! You will be part of the Commercial organization and will lead the Ancillaries teams in driving ancillary revenue performance. In this role, you will partner closely with key internal stakeholders across, as well as external vendors and commercial partners, to deliver optimized pricing strategies through in-house and machine-learning optimization, enhance product value, and sustainable revenue growth for the company.Job Description
This role is responsible for leading the Ancillaries teams.
Key responsibilities include:
(1) Establishing clear product roadmaps and driving continuous enhancements to improve ancillary take‑up and overall product performance;
(2) Managing vendor relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving joint initiatives to optimise third‑party ancillary revenue;
(3) Ensuring pricing systems, infrastructure, and Machine Learning (ML) models are robust and continuously enhanced;
(4) Providing timely management reporting and deep commercial analysis to guide strategic decision‑making
(5) Overseeing financial governance, regulatory matters, and strong cost discipline within Ancillaries functions;
(6) Leading and developing a high‑performing team with strong commercial, analytical, and product‑driven capabilities;
Key requirements:
General Degree, with relevant Commercial experience in Aviation and exposure to data-anlytics is preferred
Strong analytical and operational skills, with keen commercial acumen to pursue sales opportunities
Data-driven individual, excellent communicator and strong team player
Strong people and project management skills to manage and lead intra or inter-department projects
