Summary:
In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations, development needs and analytics strategy for the Pharmacy Aggregation Group Analytics team. You will participate in building out the strategic direction of the team, process improvement initiatives, and qualitative review of analyses.
Responsibilities:

Develop actionable plans or programs to assist with analytics process and deliverables.

Monitor customer satisfaction and provides suggestions for improvements in service or programs.

Present analyses and analytical processes and procedures to a variety of audiences, which includes both internal and external customers.

Identify streamlining processes, cost reductions and assist with financial reporting.

Lead team meetings to discuss project work, assignments, development activity and administrative updates and ensure that the analysts are compliant with standardized processes, procedures, and meeting deadlines.

Support or lead other complex analytical projects as necessary; this includes managing the analytics of at least one network along with managerial duties.

Develop and mentor team and provide resources for professional growth within current position and plan for future roles.
Qualifications:

Relevant degree preferred.
-
5 or more years of experience in healthcare analytics, supply chain, or contracting with extensive analytics knowledge required.

Experience in strategic and operational planning, communicating expectations and priorities and delivering proven results preferred.

Experience leading a team preferred.

Strong communication skills preferred.

Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $146,700.00.
