Job Description:

Phreesia is looking for an Analytics & Insights Manager to join our growing Life Sciences Team. This individual will be an expert in Google Ad Manager and will support the growth of our digital advertising business in life sciences and healthcare. This is a strategic, client-facing role that involves communication and collaboration with agency and brand partners.  

The Analytics & Insights Manager will help to build and grow a new web-based advertising line of business (MediFind), including inventory management, campaign management, measurement and reporting for several disease areas encompassing numerous client campaigns within each area. This individual will provide recommendations that will optimize revenue streams through Google Ad Manager and will be responsible for measuring the success of our various campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising technologies and strong analytics skills to maximize revenue opportunities.  

This is a fully remote position with priority given to candidates in the EST/CST time zones. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Function in a consultative manner, efficiently translating data and insights into strategic solutions for internal and client teams  

  • Serve as an analytics/insights expert on assigned accounts to help pull through brand goals and strategic imperatives  

  • Support the sales team to demonstrate the value of Phreesia through robust measurement to potential clients and successfully communicate campaign details and measurement  

  • Manage and present campaign reporting and measurement, generating insights and client-facing stories from web-based data, leveraging Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and advanced analysis using Google BigQuery

  • Work closely with product teams to define and ensure effective implementation of ongoing reporting requirements on behalf of internal and external business stakeholders 

  • Work cross-functionally on strategic projects, thought leadership, sales support materials, ad hoc requests, and other measurement collateral using 3rd party data, internal data, and secondary research. This may include market landscape insights, point of care insights, media insights and comparison data, ROI analyses, case studies, benchmarking and more  

  • Support new initiatives in partnership with Analytics & Insights team leaders to develop new approaches to data assessment and drive meaningful business growth and operational efficiencies 

  • Contributes individually, as well as builds relationships with internal team members, including mentorship of junior team members

What You'll Bring: 

  • Bachelor's Degree required 

  • 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, ideally for web-based campaigns  

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare preferred  

  • Knowledge and expertise with Google Ad Manager required 

  • Experience with SQL required 

  • Experience with Looker Studio or similar Business Intelligence tool required 

  • People management experience preferred 

  • Consultative experience with clients  

  • Ability to think strategically, knowing how to utilize data to guide bigger picture decisions  

Base pay for US is $105,000 - $110,000 USD depending on qualifications.
