Position Purpose: Leads an Analytics Engineering team in designing, building, and optimizing scalable, analytics-ready data models and solutions. Bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, certified datasets that support enterprise-wide decision-making and AI enablement. Mentors analytics engineers, drives adoption of modern data transformation tools like dbt, and partners with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into actionable data products.   • Collaborate with data science and AI teams to support model training and deployment.
  • Advocate for scalable data architecture that supports advanced analytics.
  • Implement data governance standards, including metadata management and data lineage.
  • Monitor and improve data quality, integrity, and consistency across platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise data policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with business leaders, product managers, and data consumers to understand needs and deliver insights.
  • Communicate technical concepts and analytics outcomes to non-technical audiences.
  • Present findings, roadmaps, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Manage the analytics engineering infrastructure, including cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools to enhance productivity and scalability.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows for analytics code deployment.
  • Plan and prioritize analytics engineering initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Track progress, measure impact, and ensure timely delivery of data products.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to data infrastructure and analytics operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Pay Range: $102,900.00 - $190,500.00 per year

Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
