More about this role
The Reporting Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading analytics and reporting initiatives within the Global MSC - Central Analytics Team, focusing on Planning, Logistics, and Procurement verticals, delivering world class analytical solutions showcasing global level business impact using sophisticated tools and technologies.
What you need to know about this position:
The role will drive data-driven decision-making by designing, developing, and maintaining Analytical Solutions & Data Products with Enhanced UI/UX impacting business on day-to-day productivity. You will act as a bridge between supply chain operations, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure Analytics solutions provide actionable insights that improve efficiency, optimize cost, and support strategic business goals. This role requires strong leadership, deep domain expertise in Supply Chain, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful narratives for senior leadership.
- Functional Understanding: Deeply understand supply chain processes across Planning, Logistics (CS&L), and Procurement to contextualize analytics initiatives and ensure solutions directly address business challenges.
- Analytics Roadmap Execution: Work in close partnership with the MSC LT, Global and Regional Planning, Logistics Operations & Procurement teams to translate the analytics strategy into actionable solutions
- Product Mindset: Develop and manage reporting and analytics products with a focus on scalability, re-usability, and continuous improvement, treating reports/dashboards as evolving solutions that serve end-users effectively.
- E2E Solution Development & Sustenance: Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of reporting and analytics solutions that deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights driving enhanced transparency, improvement in KPIs and productivity targets while supporting business continuity
- Team Management & Capability Development: Manage and mentor a team of high performing analysts, fostering technical and business acumen, while building capability to independently run reporting, advanced analytics initiatives with enhanced UI/UX capabilities
- Vendor Management: Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects while ensuring delivery excellence and innovation
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong domain experience in FMCG supply chain functions (Planning, Logistics, Procurement).
- Certifications in analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python or similar).
- Knowledge of ERP and supply chain planning & Transport Management systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, O9, TMS, etc.).
- Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and data handling; familiarity with Python/R is an advantage.
- Certifications such as APICS (CPIM, CSCP), Six Sigma, or equivalent are desirable.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices.
Job specific requirements:
- Excellent stakeholder management, strong business acumen good communication skills and demonstrated experience in applying analytical techniques to solve business problems and Managing Projects with Cross functional and Global stakeholders
- Experience in Visualization Tools (Tableau/Power BI) & Frameworks (Dash /Streamlit)
- Experience in Data Management and Processing Tools (Talend/ Alteryx/ R/ Python/ SQL)
- Experience in managing enterprise Analytical Solutions, Data Products & Projects may be advantageous
- Good to have experience in NCLC tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, QuickBase, etc.
- Knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Systems (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, O9), Warehouse & Transport Management System would be highly advantageous
- Experience in FMCG/Food Products/Supply Chain Industry
- Total relevant experience of 8-12 years
