Purpose

The Manager – AI Transformation Office (HAIO) will support the organization's AI-led transformation journey by driving the implementation of AI initiatives, coordinating with business functions, managing project delivery, and facilitating the adoption of AI-enabled solutions. The role requires a blend of project management, business process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.

 Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy Implementation

• Support the execution of the organization's AI transformation roadmap and strategic initiatives.
  
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify AI use cases and business improvement opportunities.
  
• Assist in translating business requirements into AI-driven solutions and projects.
  

Project & Program Management

• Manage end-to-end execution of AI transformation projects.
  
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  
• Monitor implementation progress and ensure timely achievement of project objectives.
  
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.
  

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with business, technology, data, and external partners to drive AI initiatives.
  
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
  

AI Adoption & Change Management

• Support change management initiatives to drive AI adoption across the organization.
  
• Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  
• Assist in developing communication and training plans for AI-enabled solutions.
  

Data & Analytics Support

• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure data availability and quality for AI projects.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and impact metrics of AI initiatives.
  
• Generate insights and recommendations based on project outcomes and adoption metrics.
  

Governance & Compliance

• Support the establishment of AI governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
  
• Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and ethical AI guidelines.
  
• Maintain project documentation, approvals, and audit-ready records.
  

 Knowledge and Experience

Education Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Management, or a related discipline.

·       MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution will be preferred.

·       Relevant certifications in Project Management, AI, Data Analytics, Agile, or Digital Transformation will be an advantage.

Experience

·       Minimum 7- 10 years experience in AI transformation, digital transformation, PMO, consulting, technology, analytics, or innovation roles.

• Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
  
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  
• Prior experience in Government, Public Sector, Skill Development, Education, or Technology-led organizations will be preferred.
