Job Posting Summary

Curriculum Associates is looking for an AI Experience and Solutions Manager

to lead the adoption of next-generation AI and automation tools that improve how our teams build, collaborate, and deliver solutions. You’ll manage a small team, take in new AI requests, and pilot solutions leveraging tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, Snowflake Cortex, and similar platforms to drive measurable impact.

Essential duties/responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a small team of AI and automation specialists. Serve as the central point of contact for AI and automation initiatives. Build and oversee proof-of-concepts (POCs) and integrations using emerging technologies. Evaluate and implement new AI SaaS tools to enhance workflows and productivity. Collaborate with leaders and Business Partners to deploy AI solutions at scale. Explore and implement AI interoperability frameworks (e.g., MCP, A2A) to enable seamless collaboration between AI systems and services. Encourage and guide responsible use of AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to improve efficiency and ideation across teams. Promote responsible AI use and maintain data privacy and governance standards.

Required Job Skills and Abilities:

7+ years of experience in technology, SaaS, or automation roles; 2+ years in people management. Hands-on experience with AI productivity platforms (MS/GitHub Copilot, Agentforce, Cortex, etc.). Strong understanding of SaaS integrations, APIs, and automation tools (Workato, Power Automate, Zapier etc.). Understanding of AI interoperability concepts (e.g., Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent orchestration, and system-to-system integrations). Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.

Skills Required

  • 7+ years of experience in technology, SaaS, or automation roles
  • 2+ years in people management
  • Hands-on experience with AI productivity platforms
  • Strong understanding of SaaS integrations, APIs, and automation tools
  • Understanding of AI interoperability concepts
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills
