What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Manager, Agile Solutions – Power Platform to join our IT team! The Manager, Agile Solutions leads application delivery and is accountable for performance of application services, Agile execution, and team outcomes. This role will provide leadership for Power Platform development and delivery, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and related Microsoft technologies. This role will be responsible for establishing appropriate governance, architecture, application lifecycle management (ALM), security, environment management, development standards, and support practices for Power Platform solutions. The Manager also provides leadership and direction to assigned staff and promotes the effective use of Power Platform while balancing innovation and rapid delivery with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and long-term supportability.
On a typical day, you might:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Power Platform Solutions function, including solution development, implementation, administration, support, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise Power Platform governance, standards, procedures, development practices, documentation, and operating processes.
- Direct the delivery of enterprise Power Platform solutions utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Establish and manage Power Platform environment strategy, solution lifecycle practices, deployment processes, and application lifecycle management (ALM) standards.
- Provide leadership and oversight for the development of scalable, reusable, and maintainable Power Platform solutions that integrate with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and other organizational data sources.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation, application modernization, workflow improvement, and digital transformation using Power Platform.
- Utilize knowledge of designing and implementing scalable low-code/no-code solutions that integrate with enterprise systems, data sources, and business processes.

Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree and three (3) years of experience leading or managing teams utilizing integration technologies; OR
- Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience leading or managing teams utilizing integration technologies; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within the United States.
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
Preferred:
- Supervision of two (2) or more employees.
- Experience leading or managing an enterprise Microsoft Power Platform capability and driving application modernization, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, or related Microsoft technologies.
- Experience establishing Power Platform governance and administration practices and implementing ALM, deployment, security, and environment management practices for the Power Platform.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications or equivalent certifications.
