We are looking for a Manager – Affordability & Partnerships to drive the development and growth of our affordability ecosystem by building strategic partnerships and innovative financing solutions. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, consumer finance, product, and growth, and will be responsible for creating compelling affordability propositions that increase customer acquisition, improve conversions, and drive business growth. You will work closely with lending partners, payment providers, merchants, product teams, and leadership to make premium products more accessible and affordable for Indian consumers.


Requirements🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners including Banks, NBFCs, FinTech companies, Payment providers, and Merchant and brand partners.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations and develop partnership frameworks that drive mutual business growth.
  • Design and launch innovative affordability solutions including EMI programs, No-cost EMI offerings, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) solutions, Subscription-linked financing programs, Cashback and discount partnerships, and Co-branded affordability products.
  • Continuously optimize affordability programs to improve conversion rates and customer adoption, benchmarking market offerings and identifying opportunities for differentiation.
  • Lead commercial discussions with partners and negotiate revenue-sharing arrangements, marketing partnerships, customer acquisition programs, credit and financing structures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work with Legal and Finance teams to execute partnership agreements, ensuring commercial viability and profitability of partnership initiatives.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Growth teams to integrate affordability solutions into customer journeys, defining business requirements and supporting implementation of partner integrations.
  • Analyze customer drop-offs and financing funnel performance to identify opportunities to improve approval rates, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and financing adoption.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for affordability programs and partnerships, tracking metrics including financing penetration, conversion rates, partner performance, revenue contribution, customer acquisition efficiency, and ROI on partnership programs.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in consumer finance, digital lending, embedded finance, BNPL, and FinTech partnerships to identify new opportunities to enhance our affordability proposition and competitive advantage.
