The Advisor Development Manager will be responsible in driving the number of MDRTs at the Zone level. The role will also be expected to collaborate with MBA and provide inputs and recommendations to the Zone’s drive in its MDRT scale up goals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and effectively execute strategies and action plans at the zone level to meet the objectives of the zone in relation to the focus area assigned.

  • Develop programs and initiatives to ensure that the Agency Leader in the Zone meets their rank retention validation requirements such as but not limited to production credit, active agent count and conservation rate.

  • Create and execute programs that will enable the existing Agency Leaders to meet the next level rank/tier thus maximizing the AL compensation.    

  • Hold regular meetings with agency leaders to drive sales and recruitment performance.

  • Reinforce various company communications and initiatives through agency meetings.

  • Build and maintain a professional and ethical agency force at the zone level, in line with regulatory, industry and company standards.

  • Ensure agency training and competence requirements of existing Leaders under the zone are fulfilled. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies / Administration / Economics / Management

  • Two years or more relevant experience in sales, business development and agency management preferably in a life insurance setting

  • Has held key positions relevant to the requirement of the job

  • Ability to develop and execute sound business plans

  •  Proven leadership skills

  •  Excellent management skills

  •  High sense of business ethics and professionalism

  • Strong business and financial acumen

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
