  • Develop audience insights and market narratives that strengthen Disney’s advertising proposition with agencies and advertisers.
  • Build measurement frameworks, benchmarks and proof points that demonstrate the impact of Disney’s premium video and streaming environments.
  • Partner with sales and client-facing teams to deliver insight-led solutions that support client engagement and commercial growth.
  • Identify, evaluate and manage research vendors and measurement partners across the APAC market.
  • Present insights, methodologies and recommendations to senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay close to industry trends across audience measurement, advertising effectiveness, privacy, signal loss and cross-media evaluation.
What we’re looking for:
  • At least 5 years' experience within media research, audience analytics, advertising effectiveness measurement or commercial insights.
  • Strong understanding of audience measurement and advertising effectiveness methodologies across television, streaming and digital media.
  • Proven experience analysing and interpreting Australian audience and media consumption datasets.
  • Experience delivering client-facing insights and commercial research programmes.
  • Experience managing external research suppliers, measurement partners and vendor relationships.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Advanced quantitative research and analytical capabilities.
Experience with the following would be highly regarded:
  • Roy Morgan, VOZ / OzTAM, AudienceProject, GWI, Nielsen or comparable audience measurement tools.
  • Brand lift, campaign effectiveness research and post-campaign evaluation methodologies.
  • BVOD, AVOD, SVOD, streaming or premium video environments.
  • Media agency strategy, research, investment or planning teams.

The Walt Disney Company Compensation & Benefits Highlights

The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about The Walt Disney Company and has not been reviewed or approved by The Walt Disney Company.

  • Pay Growth & Progression — Recent union agreements raised wage floors for large groups of park cast members—e.g., Disneyland’s $24/hour minimum rising to $26 over the contract and Walt Disney World’s path from $18 toward about $20–$20.50 by 2026—signaling upward movement in hourly pay. These steps are described as meaningful improvements for many frontline roles.
  • Healthcare Strength — Company materials outline medical, dental, and vision coverage for many full‑time roles, wellness resources, and (in Central Florida) access to Centers for Living Well clinics and pharmacy. References to mental‑health support and paid time off reinforce a strong core health offering.
  • Wellbeing & Lifestyle Benefits — Complimentary theme‑park admission and discounts on hotels, dining, merchandise, and recreation are positioned as signature perks. Education support through Disney Aspire adds notable lifestyle value for eligible hourly employees.
