Condé Nast sees an Ad Platforms Manager to support the integration of digital ad technologies across our portfolio of brands.  The ideal candidate will work with business and technology stakeholders across the company to develop capabilities for seamless revenue delivery.

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Ad Operations professional with campaign management and project management experience.  They will have a strong track record as an individual contributor and can demonstrate success in leading projects.  A successful candidate will be familiar with the digital ad sales operations process, ad systems, ad tech and/or ad product, and new platforms.

  • Be the go-to expert for digital ad technologies, spanning ad serving, automated buying channels, and creative technologies. Experience managing video integrations across a distribution network is key experience for success in this role.

  • Communicate effectively and partner with Ad Innovation, Product, Engineering and Ad Operations to build consensus and meet projected deadlines.

  • Provide hands-on assistance with implementation testing, troubleshooting, and escalations, with minimal direction or instruction.  Execute changes directly in systems as needed to support site redesigns, ad product portfolio changes, and integrations of external vendors and systems. 

  • Serve as a global expert in privacy and privacy compliance by market for the organization. Monitor effects of CMP updates based on ever changing privacy laws.

  • Be a stakeholder in Operations-focused conversations to ensure integration and execution meet all needs of the campaign delivery workflow.

  • Assist in managing a large ad product portfolio with a high level of quality assurance/data integrity, including documentation of protocols, specs, properly associated metadata and integrations with other systems.

  • Work directly with Ad Operations teams on new product alignment, deployment, training, and troubleshooting.

  • Assist in ad product feasibility reviews for management, Marketing and Sales as needed.

  • Documentation of all processes, from integration through troubleshooting.

Desired Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 

  • Recommended 3-5 years of experience in digital Ad Operations, Ad Tech and/or Ad Product. 

  • Previous Publisher experience preferred.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ad Manager (DFP) and familiarity with other common ad systems. 

  • Demonstrated experience in digital video is required.

  • Basic understanding of Global and Domestic Privacy Laws and knowledge of publisher CMP’s.

  • Proficient in reporting and analytics required to monitor ad integrations and troubleshoot network issues

  • Exceptional communication  skills are a must. 

  • Self-starter, hungry to perform with persistence to deliver:  project management and organizational multitasking.

  • Ability to balance workloads from multiple stakeholders including sales, ad operations, and revenue operations teams within Conde Nast digital organization.

  • Connect & resolve:  excellent communication skills with ability to understand needs and translate into action.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $90,000-$130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.

In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
